Today I decided that I would start using WordPress nightly builds on this site. The seed that was planted was from Ryan Boren’s post on the core blogs. If you haven’t read it or come across, I highly recommend you read it if you work with WordPress. Even more so if you develop themes and plugins. This should be your testbed, one of the environments you should be using.
The reason I’m doing this is because I trust WordPress. I trust that it won’t break. If it does I know that it will be fixed and I can’t fix something unless I know it’s broken. What better way than to be a self-guinea pig for something I contribute to? Dog-food it, as some would say.
From this day forward this site will be using the latest version of WordPress.
