The new card arrived today and I swapped it out.
It works.
That’s all I really needed for things to work again. I was able to install update and install some of the things I may need. The first one was installing Vim. I’ll get that configured later on. I also went and installed Starship for my terminal prompt. I haven’t actually dabbled with that much when it comes to configuration so I’ll just leave it as the default stuff anyway.
The new card is an Intel based one and worked pretty much once I rebooted the laptop. It was super simple to replace too and I am super happy I was able to swap it out.
Now to figure out that one other thing I should be working on.
